FLAUNT THE VOTE
2020 was nuts. Global pandemic, social justice movements and a pretty big presidential election, too. The question remained: how could we make productive use of time spent in quarantine? How could we find purpose in a time of panic?
Turns out, the answer was starting a brand, one focused on increasing voter turnout using the same psychology behind the iconic "I Voted" sticker. But rather than stickers, we opted for something more contemporary: fashion accessories.
My partner and I saw things through from the conceptual stage to final production, creating content for and managing social channels, leveraging partnerships with influencers and donating to nonprofit organizations like Rock the Vote all along the way. In total, we reached over 10,000 people and raised just over $2,000.
