THE CONVERSATION

When you hear an offer like "Save 50%," you might think it's too good to be true. You might have questions, doubts or concerns. Or you might just want to talk it out before making a decision. 

In this campaign—our first for TXU Energy following a new business win—we break the fourth wall, allowing "real" people to interrupt our sales pitch to have conversations that drive home our very real savings. To execute this, we evolved the brand's existing spokesperson into a relatable, neighborly character and introduced a new tagline to anchor the whole story: Easy to choose. Easy to use.
